Please arrive at A View on State between 5:00pm and 5:15pm to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 5:30pm.

The outdoor ceremony will be located on the south side of the venue.

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony.

We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us, and we cant wait to celebrate with you.

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortability within the venues capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and cant wait to celebrate with you!

We are going for an 'elevated' garden party! Bring out your colored, floral prints! Please do not wear jeans. Please note the ceremony will be outdoors, while the reception will include a combination of indoor and outdoor settings- including a patio and a large outdoor green space.

We kindly ask you to avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams! The bridesmaids will be in light blue!

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not attending" so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending," but find that you can not make it, please notify Erica as soon as you are aware. Thank you!

If you do not RSVP by May 1st, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

The party must go on! The outdoor ceremony space is covered and will still allow for an outdoor ceremony, followed by an indoor reception.
