Then, to get to the ceremony once you enter the property, just continue down the road past the red barn, then turn right following the signs for the ceremony. Directions from Route 64 • Take exit 121 Scottsville/Charlottesville • Head toward Scottsville (left off exit) onto Route 20 South (travel approx. 6-7 miles) • Turn left onto Carter Mountain Road • Take an immediate right onto Secretarys Road (travel approx. 6 miles until you reach the second stop sign) • Take a right onto Rolling Road Rt 620 (Rolling Rd bears left at the first split, then right at the second split) for about 2 miles. • Entrance is on the right.

There is lots to do within a 30 minute drive from our venue! Downtown Charlottesville has lots of restaurants and shopping. There is a popular pedestrian mall there. Additionally, there is Monticello, home of Thomas Jefferson. (Book online directly with Monticello) The University of Virginia is nearby as well.

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at both our ceremony location, and a short drive away for our reception. We have parking attendants for the day that will assist with parking.

Our ceremony will be "unplugged", meaning that we are asking for personal devices to be turned off and put away during the ceremony. We will have a wonderful photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony and will be happy to share those with you afterwards. At the reception, we encourage everyone to take photos and please share them with us!

Yes! We plan to have an open bar for those of age available from after the service until 10PM. Please be respectful of the occasion.

The ceremony begins at 4:30. The venue will not be open to guests before 3:30. Erica & Connor will be sent off at 10:30PM! However, feel free to stay and say your goodbyes and finish your drinks!

Yes! We plan on serving hors d'oeuvres throughout cocktail hour, and will have buffet stations during the reception, for dinner and dessert. Gluten Free option will be available!
