Our Wedding

We first met each other on the track and field team at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.

When Covid struck and we had an extra week of spring break, we decided to go on a cross country road trip from South Dakota to Gulf Shores AL, and fell in love 💞

Since then, we’ve been on so many adventures. Our goal is to travel to all 50 states together, and take a picture at every state line acting out the state’s two-letter acronym. So far we’ve been to 31!

In our free time we like to stay active by playing sand volleyball together, distance running, and lifting weights in the garage. 💪

We are so excited to get married, and can’t wait for all the adventures to come!

Dana Keeble

Dana, sister of the bride, is the Maid of Honor! Dana recently moved to California with her cat Clark and has been traveling all around the state to surf, ski, and camp.

Lindsey Mirkes

Lindsey and Erica met in the second grade, and have been bffs ever since! Lindsey and her fiancé now live in Milwaukee, and are getting married in 2024 at the Pabst Brewery! Fun fact about Lindsey is that she competed in D1 track and field, and was one of the best high jumpers in the USA 🏃‍♀️

Taylor Howard

Taylor was Erica's college roommate and track and field teammate! Taylor and her husband just welcomed a sweet little baby girl into the world ❤️ Fun fact about Taylor is that she has been stung by a stingray on two separate occasions! 😲

Annie Sohmer

Annie and Erica have been sand volleyball teammates and friends for three years! Annie owns two pet birds, one of which just landed on her one day while she was outside, and she decided to keep it as a pet.

Kayla Ptak

Kayla is the sister of the groom! She is currently studying at the University of Oklahoma and loves to dance. She can’t wait for Erica to become the sister she never had, so they can take on Kevin’s nonsense together 👊

Korder Cropsey

Korder, Kevin’s Best Man, met Kevin through athletics and roomed together at South Dakota Mines. Both were on the football and track teams. Korder is known to have the roughest hands west of the Mississippi, and he absolutely hates making chili.

Trevor O’Hearn

Trevor played football and roomed with Kevin at SD mines. He is widely known for his particular hatred of puzzles. A facet of his creativity is that he plans on naming his first daughter Leilala Lehlechi Laluchi Lelani OHearn.

Zach Hoopman

Zach and Kevin played football and roomed together at South Dakota Mines. Legend has it, Zach’s heart is so pure that he is physically unable to tell a lie.

Jarrett Sipes

Jarrett is one of Kevin’s friends from childhood, who has now gone on to become a lawyer. Although Jarrett holds three victories in their annual pool basketball tournament, all of his clients as a lawyer have been to jail.

George Brooks

George is one of Kevin’s friends from childhood. George has claimed one victory in their annual pool basketball tournament. He is undeniably the worst Fortnite player among Kevin’s friend group.

Noah Mena

Noah is one of Kevin’s friends from childhood. Noah and Kevin grew up playing baseball together, starting with tee-ball. Noah has one victory in their annual pool basketball tournament. He boasts a 3.9 Kill/Death ratio in Call of Duty BO4 and was Plano ISD Coach of the Month in September 2023.

Jeff Ptak

Jeff, Kevin’s older brother, has been a part of Kevin’s life since quite literally day 1. He is currently in 19th grade with 4 years of NCAA eligibility remaining. Jeff discovered an optimal Call of Duty weapon configuration that led him, Kevin, and Kevin’s friends to numerous overpowered victories throughout the years.

Reece Keeble

Reece, also known as DJ Rizzy Reece, is Erica’s brother. Reece’s intramural flag football team went undefeated in the 2023 season. From the day Kevin met Reece, Kevin knew he had to marry his sister so they could be bros for life.

The Will Rogers Airport in Oklahoma City is the closest airport to our venue, it’s a 45 minute drive. If you fly into Tulsa, it’s a 2 hour drive.
