Final payment dates are 10/17/2024 for those that do not have travel protection and for those that do, 50% of their room total is due on this date.

Final payment date/ remaining balance due for those that have travel protection is 11/16/24.

Rooms not paid by final payment due date are automatically cancelled. Email reminders will be sent

When it comes to booking - the earlier the better! To reserve your room a $100 deposit is due at time of booking. The remaining balance isn't due until late 2024. Booking includes transportation to and from the Punta Cana airport.

We have been working with DestinationWeddings.com on our wedding and travel plans and have reserved rooms for our guests at a special group rate! Its very important that you book through them and not direct on the Hard Rock website.

Please note that our block of rooms is held from Monday February 3rd - Friday February 14th. If you plan to stay outside these dates, please contact our booking agent, Amy, directly (information below) or select the earliest date allowed on website and add a note (there is a spot for this when requested) stating which day you would like to arrive.
