To assist guests who may be traveling from a distance, local accommodation has been negotiated as follows: Best Western Voyager Place HotelAddress: 17565 Yonge Street, Newmarket, Ontario, L3Y 5H6 A block of 20 rooms have been reserved for our wedding weekend (April 10, 2026 - April 12, 2026) on a first come first served basis. We ask that any guests wishing to reserve a room please do so prior to February 11, 2026. After this date, all non-confirmed rooms will be placed back into the hotel's standard inventory at full price. The hotel has requested we remind guests check-in commences at 3:00 pm. They cannot guarantee early check-in requests. There will be complimentary shuttle bus service provided by Best Western to bring guests to and from the wedding venue. The shuttle will have one ride bringing guests to the venue before the ceremony, and two rides bringing guests back to the hotel after the reception. Shuttle times: Shuttle from the Best Western to Holland Marsh Wineries:- 3:45 pm Shuttles from Holland Marsh Wineries back to the Best Western:- 11:00 pm- 12:30 am
