Zach and Erica first met in College at North Carolina State University while both studying to be Middle School Teachers. GO PACK! One day Zach showed up early to win the seat next to Erica in class and the rest is history.

Since May 8th 2012, Zach and Erica have “officially” been best friends.. They love skipping through Disney World and eating an unnatural amount of Dole Whips and Mickey Bars. They also enjoy exploring local places with their Dogs, Alfred and Bruce, and even checking out Breweries all around the area (91 so far!). They make the perfect nerdy coffee & beer snob combo.

This past summer they went on a trip of a lifetime together where Zach proposed to Erica. With a stunning backdrop in Sorrento Italy, Erica laughed uncontrollably, turned ten different shades of red and ultimately said, “well YEAH!”
