WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?
Yes! A shuttle will be provided for transportation to and from the Hotel 1620 and The Hilton Garden Inn. Schedule as follows:
To White Cliffs Country Club: - Shuttle buses will depart from both Hotel 1620 & the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:30 PM sharp. Please be in the lobby by 3:20pm.
From White Cliffs Country Club:
-There will be a 9pm & 10pm shuttle bus. The 9pm bus will stop at both hotels and the 10pm bus will stop at the after-party, followed by both hotels
- After party location will be at the Tavern On The Wharf (3-min walk from 1620 hotel)
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal/cocktail attire dress code for our evening. Tuxedos and gowns are not required. Ladies can wear formal cocktail, tea-length, and midi dresses. Men can wear a suit and tie.
ARE KIDS WELCOME?
As much as we love all of your little ones, our welcome party, wedding ceremony and reception are adults-only events so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.
CAN I BRING A DATE?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please reach out to us as soon as possible. You can either indicate them when you RSVP via our invitatins or contact us directly. We want to make sure that everyone can fully enjoy their meal at our wedding!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm in the afternoon. Guests can begin arriving at 4 o'clock; Shuttle buses will be departing at 3:30pm sharp to account for any summer traffic.
WHERE DO I PARK?
We encourage our guests to take the shuttle or Uber to the venue/hotel locations as parking will be very limited. There will be a small number of parking spots available at the venue on a first come first serve basis for those guests that do drive . There will be a parking attendant at the gate to assist with those guests who decide to drive.
