The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m. Please plan accordingly to arrive 20- 15 minutes prior to the pre-determined ceremony time.

Yes, there will be transportation provided. The shuttle will begin transporting at 3:45 p.m. The shuttle will provide transportation at the following times - 3:45 p.m and 4:15 p.m. The shuttle can be accessed throughout the duration of the reception. The shuttle will provide transportation at 10:20 pm., 10:45 p.m., and 11:10 p.m.

Weather permitting, we are planning to have an outdoor ceremony, there is an indoor ceremony option if the weather doesn't cooperate. The cocktail hour and reception will take place inside the temperature controlled venue.

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professional to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as receive them.
