Are kids welcome?
Although we love your little ones our wedding will be an adult only affair. We are limited due to the venue capacity. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.
Is there parking available on site?
Yes, there is parking at the venue, where both the ceremony and reception will take place.
Is there a dress code?
Semi - formal/ cocktail attire!
Are masks required?
Masks are not required, if you prefer to wear one, please feel free!

Is there a hotel nearby?

Is there a deadline to reserve a hotel room ?
Yes, please book your hotel reservations by July 26th, 2023, to receive the group discounted rate.
What time can I check into the hotel?
4:00 p.m.!
Please inquire with the hotel directly to understand if early check in is possible. If you have any issues with early check in, please remind them you are attending the "Godfrey- Sadowski" wedding.
What time should I arrive for the cermony?
The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m. Please plan accordingly to arrive 20- 15 minutes prior to the pre-determined ceremony time.
Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue?
Yes, there will be transportation provided. The shuttle will begin transporting at 3:45 p.m. The shuttle will provide transportation at the following times - 3:45 p.m and 4:15 p.m. The shuttle can be accessed throughout the duration of the reception. The shuttle will provide transportation at 10:20 pm., 10:45 p.m., and 11:10 p.m.
Will there be an open bar or cash bar?
If you know us, you know we love to have a good time! Of course, the drinks are on us, and the hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate! We highly encourage cash tips for our bartenders!
Can I bring a plus one?
We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. For further questions, please refer to your invite. Thank you for your understanding.
Will the wedding take place indoors or outside?
Weather permitting, we are planning to have an outdoor ceremony, there is an indoor ceremony option if the weather doesn't cooperate. The cocktail hour and reception will take place inside the temperature controlled venue.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professional to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as receive them. After the ceremony, we highly encourage you to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! Please use our hashtag #EricaandDrewsayIdo to share your photos and videos!
What should I do if I can't make it?
You will be missed! If you cannot make the wedding, please let know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

What if I have a diet restriction, what should I do?
We will be serving appetizers, dinner and late-night snacks that can accommodate a wide variety of diet restrictions (i.e., vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, nut free). When you RSVP please indicate your dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
