Cocktail hour will be held on the first floor at the WXYZ bar lounge. We will be having butler passed hors d'oeuvres.

The reception will be held in the Grand Aeries room. We will have wait staff directing people at both elevators of the hotel to the reception room. There will also be signs placed around the WXYZ bar and inside the elevators for better directions on where to go.

500 Pearl/ Aloft hotels has a parking ramp on Franklin st with available parking. There is also street parking that is free on the weekends around the hotel.

Yes the venue is wheelchair accessible and has multiple elevators that can be used.

Formal dress attire preferred in greens blues and neutral hues. The venue is all indoors so we will be AC, no need to worry about the weather!

Our formal invitations will have a QR code/link that allows you to RSVP for the wedding. When RSVP-ing it will show all members invited and plus ones.
