Our Wedding

Our story began August 2018 in Cortland, NY, when fate (and student housing) made us next-door neighbors. We were unknowingly living just a few feet away from the person who would one day become our forever. What started as casual hellos, quickly turned into Bills watching parties with lots of chicken wing dip, late-night conversations, shared laughs, and a beautiful friendship. As time passed, our connection grew stronger, and our friendship blossomed into something more. We officially began dating October, 28th 2018, and soon after, life started to take us on new adventures. The year 2020 threw us all an unexpected curveball—the COVID-19 pandemic. Like everyone else, we were faced with uncertainty and change, but we leaned on each other and grew even closer. The challenges of that time only deepened our bond and confirmed what we already knew: we were better together. After (virtual) graduation, Tyson moved from his hometown of Wallkill, NY all the way to Buffalo, NY where he started building a life and creating space for the future we were beginning to dream about together. In time, we took the next big step—moving in together in East Amherst, NY, where we now call home. It’s here, surrounded by love, laughter, and our fuzzy rabbit friends, that we’ve built a life filled with joy, support, lots of pizza and wings, and many, many games of Rummikub. From next-door neighbors to partners through a pandemic and everything in between, our journey has been filled with devotion, resilience, and memories that will last a lifetime. As we step into this exciting new chapter, we’re incredibly grateful for the family and friends who have supported us every step of the way. Your love, encouragement, and presence in our lives mean the world to us—and we’re so honored to celebrate this day with each of you. You are a special part of our story, and always will be. We can’t wait to celebrate our big day, and the next chapter of our story with you!

Clara, my precious niece and Goddaughter, may be less than a year old, but she’s already stolen all our hearts 💕 So sweet, so beautiful, and full of wonder, she’s destined to be the cutest little flower girl ever 🌸✨ We can’t wait to see her bring her sparkle down the aisle 💖

Miles, my 3-year-old nephew and Godson, is a bundle of energy, joy, and love 💛 From the moment he enters a room, he lights it up with his laughter and curiosity. He’s my little bestie, and I can’t wait to have him strutting down the aisle as our ring bearer—bringing smiles, giggles, and a whole lot of heart to our special day 💫💖

Miles Boczar

Having my big sister as my Matron of Honor means everything to me. She’s been my role model and my best friend for as long as I can remember, and I’ve looked up to her my whole life. She has been there for me through countless dance recitals, band performances, and life's ups and downs. We have made so many incredible memories from choreographing dance routines in our living room for our parents to watch, to traveling together on numerous family vacations. Standing by her side as her Maid of Honor was such an honor, and I’m so grateful to now have her standing by mine. From cheering on the Buffalo Bills together to cheering each other on through every stage of life, there’s no one I’d rather have beside me on this special day. Go Bills—and go sisters ❤️💙🦬

Caroline and I became best friends back when we were both teaching at St. John Vianney School—she was right across the hall, which made it pretty inevitable. Between quick check-ins, shared laughs, and a mutual love of Buffalo Bills apparel, our friendship grew fast 💙❤️🏈. 

Our friendship didn’t stop at the school doors either. It grew over shared brews at Buffalo Brewpub, meat raffles,  and lots of fun times in-between. It’s the kind of friendship that shows up for the big moments too—so much so that I had the honor of standing up in her wedding. 

From the day we met each other, we have been inseparable.  So much so, that most people think we are twins! From hallway neighbors to lifelong friends, Caroline is truly one of my people.

Megan has been by my side through so many of my favorite chapters in life. Megan and I met in high school through our love of music. We survived many long days and nights together at marching band competitions and CKSO gigs. Our friendship continued to grow and flourish when we started working together at Anderson’s. Megan and I have cheered on the Buffalo Bills at countless games, and made unforgettable memories traveling together along the way. From nonstop laughter to moments I’ll cherish forever, she’s been a constant source of joy and support. I’m so grateful to have my best friend standing next to me as a bridesmaid on such an important day 💜💗

Imani may not be my sister-in-law just yet, but I already feel so lucky to call her my sister 💖 From all the fun times we’ve shared going bowling, playing pool, watching movies, swimming, and going out, to the laughs and memories we’re still making, she brings so much happiness (and really good food) into my life. I couldn’t be happier to have her by my side as a bridesmaid, and soon-to-be sister, on such a special day 💕✨

Denrick isn’t just our wedding officiant—he’s been part of our story from the very beginning. He met Tyson back at Tompkins Cortland Community College, where they became roommates, which eventually led to them moving in next door to Erica on Lincoln Ave. From football watching parties and intense Madden battles, to movie nights, hosting get-togethers, and exploring wineries and breweries, we’ve shared so many unforgettable moments together. We’re so grateful to have him officiating our wedding and celebrating this special day with us. As someone who has been there since the beginning of our story, we couldn't imagine anyone else marrying us 💖🎉

If you do choose to book a room, please request early check-in as check-in is at 4:00pm and our ceremony starts at 4:30pm. We will be providing transportation to and from this hotel. Please be ready to board the bus no later than 3:30pm as it departs from the hotel to Binksberry Hollow at 3:45pm. Available rooms:3 Standard Kings- $215.10 pretax and hotel fees per night.2 Riverview King- $233.10 pretax and hotel fees per night.5 Standard 2 Queens - $233.10 pretax and hotel fees per night. This is a smaller airport, but it is located closer to Lewiston, NY. You may want to look into flying in and out of this airport instead of the Buffalo Airport as flights may be cheaper. Definitely do your research to find your best deals!

Niagara Falls International Airport

Another transportation option... the ole' reliable train! There are three stations located in the WNY area: Niagara Falls, downtown Buffalo, and Depew (located in the suburbs). This Amtrak location is the closest out of all 3 local stations to Lewiston and Wilson, NY. This is probably your safest bet, but double check to see which local station has the best rates.

Niagara Falls International Railway Station & Transportation Center - AMTRAK

This is the downtown Buffalo Amtrak train location. This is the second closest option to Lewiston, NY.

Amtrak Train Station - Buffalo

This is the Depew, NY (located in the suburbs of Buffalo) Amtrak train location. This option is the furthest from Lewiston, NY.

Ever want to visit Niagara Falls? Now is your chance! Located just 30 minutes away from Binksberry Hollow, and 10 minutes away from Lewiston, NY, the beautiful Niagara Falls awaits. Feeling adventurous? Try the "Cave of the Winds" tour where you walk behind the falls, or the "Maid of the Mist" boat ride, taking you right into the horseshoe of the falls.

Explore the historic town of Lewiston, NY located on the Niagra River, about ten minutes away from Niagra Falls, NY! They have resturaunts, breweries, coffee shops, boutiques, and more!

Explore the town of Lockport, NY located right on the Erie Canal! Visit the Locks, the caves, shops, local resturaunts, breweries, see a show at the Historic Palace Theater, and more!

If you have your passport or your enhanced licence, we highly recommend crossing the border into Canada to see Niagara Falls (it is a much better view than the American side) and to experience the excitement and fun of Clifton Hill! There is SO much to do here so definitely check out the website to see all it has to offer.
