Who do we book our stay with?

When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by June 1st, 2026. Please book your travel through our travel agent, Bridget, as soon as you decide to attend.
What is the dress code for the wedding?
Women-Cocktail length or long dresses
Men-Dress pants with a dress shirt (jackets and ties are optional)
Please avoid wearing shorts, anything white or denim.

How do we get to the resort from the Airport?
Shuttles to and from the airport are included in the group rate.
Can you visit the Adults-Only section if staying on the Hacienda section?
Yes! The Heaven (adults-only) restaurants, bars, and clubs are open to all adults, whether you stay on that side of the resort or not.
What side are the bride and groom staying on?
The bride and groom are staying on the Hacienda side of the resort.
What side of the resort (Heaven / Hacienda) does the room block reserved?
The room block reserved various room types in the Hacienda (Adults & Kids) section, rather than rooms in the Heaven (Adults-only) section. This was due to more competitive pricing as well as the Heaven section still being accessible. Discounted pricing is still available if you with to stay in the Heaven section of the hotel.
