Where is the wedding ceremony and reception located?

The wedding ceremony is on June 7th, 2025 - 4:30 PM at the DoubleTree Hilton hotel. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside on the back patio. Cocktail hour and the reception will follow in the connected banquet hall/patio.

Can I bring a guest/date?

All guests have been listed in the RSVP portion of the website, but we do have room so please reach out if you would like to bring a guest!

Is it a child-free wedding?

The wedding is family friendly, and we did invite children. Due to hotel child attendance count we did have to limit the number of children invited, but please feel free to reach out with a request if it would be of interest. Do note that there will be alcohol present, and the music will get louder around 9 PM. Please arrange accordingly.

Are there still rooms available at the DoubleTree?

Yes! We do have rooms remaining in our hotel block. Please visit the Travel and Lodging tab to find instructions on how to book with our block pricing.

What is the dress code?

Attire is formal, but feel free to be comfortable as dancing will be a blast! The ceremony will be held outside, weather permitting.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 pm, we recommend you arrive by 4:15 pm to ensure you have time to find your seat. There is plenty of parking for everyone.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Absolutely! We want everyone to be able to celebrate with us and taking pictures or a video is not a problem! All we ask is to silence your cellphones for the ceremony and try not to block the photographers.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you... time to party!!

What is the food/dessert options?

Freighters is catering the wedding! Cocktail hour will include charcuterie boards. Dinner is a buffet including chicken marsala, herb-grilled New York strip, mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, baked pasta, and a side salad. A variety of cake flavors (almond with raspberry filling, chocolate, red velvet, lemon with blueberry filling) and cookies for dessert. Please indicate diet restrictions on your RSVP so we can accommodate!
