Ericka and Zach, both avid UGA fans, saw the Dawgs defeat Auburn at Sanford Stadium in 2022. But only later did they discover they were both there that day when Ericka found herself in the background of one of Zach’s pictures. They didn’t meet at that game, but when they finally did, their instant chemistry made their encounter feel more than coincidental. They soon realized they’d been waiting all their lives for the other to enter the picture. They realized they were falling in love.

After many weekend trips visiting each other in Nashville and Atlanta, it was clear they wanted to be husband and wife. A few months later, Ericka moved to Nashville to be closer to Zach. Not long after that, Zach proposed on a summer’s evening at Centennial Park. Every snapshot of their relationship displays the amazing love of Jesus. Getting married in May, Zach and Ericka intend to live fully for Him all their lives, trusting His perfect vision everyday.
