Our Love Story 

Ericka and I met when we were 15, and became fast best friends. The moment I met her I thought she was the coolest person I&#8217;d ever met. She was so naturally funny and gorgeous and so completely herself. So comfortable being her honest self around others, and either you would love it or you wouldn&#8217;t. For me, I couldn&#8217;t get enough of it. Every moment with her was the best time, and it wouldn&#8217;t be long until that friendship turned into a relationship. I&#8217;m pretty sure the first time I knew I was in love with her was 1-2 years after we met. She was all I could think about. You would think maybe young love like that would fade, or pass, but it&#8217;s done nothing but grow. Watching her become this strong, beautiful, intelligent, funny, independent, deeply caring and hopeful person has been the greatest gift of my life. She makes me want to be better everyday, to give us both the life we deserve, and to be the man she deserves. She&#8217;s my world - her and our little family of animals. We&#8217;ve built a beautiful life together this past 10+ years, and I can&#8217;t wait for the rest of our lives together. My only regret is taking this long to marry her. I love you more than life, Ericka Marie.

I met Miranda in my sophomore, her freshman, year of high school. I told her I liked her The Used messenger bag on the bus and then we bonded over a boy. She's seen me run over a mailbox, fall into my closet drunk, make countless baked goods, and so much more. We've gotten into disagreements and stupidly fought over boys. But she's always and forever my soul sister so she's my maid of honor! She enjoys listening to music, sleeping when she can(she's a mom to a 7 yr old), and trying new foods.

I met Heather about 6 years ago and I'll tell ya what! We've got many more years of friendship ahead of us. No matter what mood I'm in she can make me laugh, and is always there for me. From our random drives around Berks county, laying on her trampoline and talking about life, hours long phone calls, to telling me that Nate is actually a real life Nick Miller from New Girl, she always brings joy to my day. She's truly a ray of sunshine in my life and I'm so happy she's agreed to be a bridesmaid of mine.

Ginny&nbsp;and&nbsp;I&nbsp;met&nbsp;while&nbsp;we&nbsp;were&nbsp;working&nbsp;together&nbsp;at&nbsp;a&nbsp;previous&nbsp;employer.&nbsp;At&nbsp;first&nbsp;I&nbsp;was&nbsp;a&nbsp;little&nbsp;weary&nbsp;because&nbsp;she&nbsp;was&nbsp;a&nbsp;bit&nbsp;younger&nbsp;than&nbsp;me,&nbsp;but&nbsp;I&nbsp;quickly&nbsp;learned&nbsp;that&nbsp;our&nbsp;age&nbsp;difference&nbsp;didn't&nbsp;change&nbsp;the&nbsp;fact&nbsp;that&nbsp;she&nbsp;was&nbsp;and&nbsp;still&nbsp;is&nbsp;one&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;most&nbsp;understanding&nbsp;and&nbsp;beautiful&nbsp;people&nbsp;I've&nbsp;ever&nbsp;met.&nbsp;We've&nbsp;vented&nbsp;to&nbsp;each&nbsp;other&nbsp;about&nbsp;work,&nbsp;family,&nbsp;life&nbsp;in&nbsp;general&nbsp;and&nbsp;she&nbsp;became&nbsp;someone&nbsp;I&nbsp;love&nbsp;and&nbsp;want&nbsp;to&nbsp;keep&nbsp;in&nbsp;my&nbsp;life.&nbsp;She&nbsp;loves&nbsp;to&nbsp;go&nbsp;to&nbsp;fairs,&nbsp;museums,&nbsp;escape&nbsp;rooms(that&nbsp;we&nbsp;fail&nbsp;miserably&nbsp;at),&nbsp;and&nbsp;fill&nbsp;her&nbsp;life&nbsp;with&nbsp;as&nbsp;much&nbsp;fun,&nbsp;joy,&nbsp;and&nbsp;love&nbsp;as&nbsp;possible.&nbsp;I'm&nbsp;so&nbsp;happy&nbsp;that&nbsp;she&nbsp;is&nbsp;part&nbsp;of&nbsp;my&nbsp;special&nbsp;day&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;bridesmaid.

Oh&nbsp;Sami,&nbsp;I&nbsp;met&nbsp;Sami&nbsp;because&nbsp;she&nbsp;was&nbsp;dating&nbsp;and&nbsp;then&nbsp;married&nbsp;one&nbsp;of&nbsp;Nate's&nbsp;groomsmen.&nbsp;Now,&nbsp;normally&nbsp;I&nbsp;have&nbsp;the&nbsp;mindset&nbsp;that&nbsp;my&nbsp;partner's&nbsp;friends&nbsp;and&nbsp;their&nbsp;partners&nbsp;don't&nbsp;need&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;part&nbsp;of&nbsp;my&nbsp;life.&nbsp;But&nbsp;Sami&nbsp;is&nbsp;the&nbsp;exception&nbsp;to&nbsp;me.&nbsp;She's&nbsp;someone&nbsp;who&nbsp;I&nbsp;can&nbsp;go&nbsp;over&nbsp;to&nbsp;her&nbsp;house&nbsp;and&nbsp;talk&nbsp;to&nbsp;her&nbsp;about&nbsp;anything&nbsp;and&nbsp;everything&nbsp;or&nbsp;we&nbsp;can&nbsp;just&nbsp;float&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;pool&nbsp;together&nbsp;and&nbsp;chill.&nbsp;Because&nbsp;she's&nbsp;so&nbsp;easily&nbsp;able&nbsp;to&nbsp;have&nbsp;fun&nbsp;and&nbsp;bring&nbsp;a&nbsp;smile&nbsp;to&nbsp;my&nbsp;face&nbsp;when&nbsp;she's&nbsp;around&nbsp;I&nbsp;knew&nbsp;I&nbsp;needed&nbsp;to&nbsp;have&nbsp;her&nbsp;in&nbsp;my&nbsp;bridal&nbsp;party.

Sami Hiester

Joe and I met back in high school and became friends over Guitar Hero, skateboarding (poorly) and our emo music tastes. And now throughout our adulthood, even though he's moved all around the country, he has still remained one of my best friends. He's incredibly talented, hilarious, and probably the most ridiculous human being I know, and I wouldn't change a thing about him. He's an actor, singer, all-around musician, fashionista, and amateur juggler; now he can add Best Man to the list and I couldn't be more excited to have him by my side on my wedding day.

Joe Drenning

Jeez, what can I say about Dennis? Crazy enough, I've known him for the shortest amount of time out of all my groomsmen, but we've been through so much together in the past 6+ years. He truly is everything you'd ever want in a friend and a best man - goofy, hilarious, the life of the party, but he's also one of the most genuine and caring people I've ever known. He's always there for me and going out of his way to help me out whether that means wiring my old house so it doesn't explode or carrying me in most video games, and everything in between. I love this guy more than I can put into words and I'm so grateful to have him in my life and by my side on my wedding day.

Dennis Hiester

John has been there for nearly every major moment in my life over the past 15 years. Birthdays, moving, random nights out, and everything in between he's been someone I can count on. Whether it be chaotic beach trips, our years together at Kutztown, or drunken nights at Flans, he's always the funniest person in the room. He makes me laugh more than nearly anyone else in my life and I appreciate our long-standing friendship. When I got engaged, I knew immediately that he would be by my side on my wedding day.

John Lauer

I met Mike at work 7 years ago, and we became fast friends. So fast that we moved in together after less than a year of becoming friends, which then began a 3 year roommate relationship that were during some of the best years of my life. Mike is filled with corny puns and bad jokes, but he's also one of the most encouraging, authentic, caring, and effortlessly hilarious people I've ever met. I consider myself a better man for knowing him and having him in my corner these past few years has been a gift. I know he's gonna ham it up, but I'm still excited to have him with me on my wedding day.

Matt and I go about as far back as I can remember. We met when we were maybe 8 years old? And even back then he was someone I always enjoyed hanging out with. Then in highschool it became skateboarding, driving around in his car, smoking cigarettes, playing video games, and being delinquents just about every day together. Now that we're adults, and although those days are a bit behind us, we still remain close friends. Between having beers, playing pool, talking video games, or collectively roasting John, we can make a good time out of almost anything, and I'm excited to have Matt with me on my wedding day.
