We have a room block of 20 rooms! This hotel is walking distance or 1 stop on a free bus from the wedding venue.
There is a ski lift that picks up at the hotel. They have a free shuttle service to get to and from the Village as well. There is a ski rental shop (contact Molly for Vail Resorts Discounts!) and everything is there at the Resort including some very fancy (and yes pricey, but delicious- Molly and Erik did a quality control test) restaurants and bars.
Molly and Erik will be staying here for the weekend and hope to see lots of you there!
Room bookings can be reserved with your group link: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/EGEGH/G-MOFF
Wedding Block Code: G-MOFF
All reservations need to be made by March 10, 2025. After this date everything (including rate) will become subject to availability.
If you or your guests would like to book room types outside the contracted type or have specific reservation questions, feel free to reach out to our group team (Group.vail@hyatt.com)
Just use the following link and you can book from a selection of multi-room condos. This club is in Molly and Erik's neighborhood and boasts a spa, an outdoor pool, and super close proximity to our favorite park in Vail with a playground, pond, and dog park. Racquet Club is on the bus route, so if you don't want to deal with parking there is a free bus every 15 minutes that time of year!
The Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Cocktail Reception will be held at Apres Restaurant located in the Racquet Club. Molly works there part time because she loves the people, the food, the neighborhood environment, and the short walk from her front door.
While it is outside of town, its only a 10 minute drive to the ski hill or a 20 minute free bus ride. Getting home from the wedding is doable via 2 free buses (please keep in mind that Vail does not have an abundance of Ubers and taxis). This is a great option for a family scenario as the condos come with kitchen, multiple rooms, fire places, and cozy mountain comfort.

Chris and Greg live in a great condo building across from Vail Golf Course in a building called Fallridge. Guests of the Moffet/Gryska wedding will get a 10% discount on available condos, if people want to rent out a larger condo for a whole family.
If you are interested in this option, ...
So if you are flying, you will want to fly into either Denver International Airport (DIA)
or Vail's Regional Airport, Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE).
Flights into Eagle (often listed as Vail or Vail-Eagle) are generally more expensive and frequently require a plane change in Denver. However, it is only 40 minutes by car to Vail once you land.
Denver is 100 miles and several mountain passes from Vail and we have no idea what the weather might look like -could be literally anything from sunny 80s to full-blown blizzard- so here are some different options for getting to Vail.
We are also happy to help coordinate car-pooling and pick ups where we can. Just let Molly or Erik know if you would like help with finding your best ride.
Rental Car-
Of course, if you want a car to get around during your stay, all the accommodations have parking and it can be much easier if you are traveling with ski gear. We recommended asking about four-wheel drive or snow tires, but you just take I-70 the whole way, you can do it!
SHUTTLE SERVICES
If you don't want to drive there are shuttle services and busses.
Summit Express
https://www.summitexpress.com/
$75/per person
You can rent an individual shuttle, or for a less pricey choice, they have schedule rides with scheduled stops. The cars are roomy and nice and the drivers are friendly and experienced driving in the snow. Molly and Erik use this service frequently.
Bustang
$17/ per person
These busses pick up at Union Station at regularly scheduled intervals. They are nice, clean, have wifi, and experienced bus drivers.
Sometimes the busses can fill up and run out of space in the super busy months, but it shouldn't be that crazy this particular week in April (we planned it that way!).
Epic Mountain Express
https://www.epicmountainexpress.com/
Starting at $79
You can rent a shuttle for a group of any size and get picked up at the airport and dropped at your destination or join a scheduled ride with others. They are very used to dealing with mountain roads and people traveling with ski gear.
