The best way to RSVP is to send the RSVP card back in the mail in the given envelope. The card will already have the total number of guests invited, as well as a stamp and return address. The only thing you will need to do is put how many guests from your family are actually attending, as well as how many guests are drinking and any song requests. We recommend getting to the ceremony at least 15 to 30 minutes ahead of the start time. The ceremony will start around 4:45, so we advise getting there at 4:15 PM to 5:30PM.

We are not doing a strict dress code, however, if we were to say a specific one it would be semi-formal or business casual. Men are allowed to wear jeans and a nice shirt if they would like. Women can wear a dress, jumpsuit, or slacks. We just want our guests to feel comfortable, so wear what you would like!

The ceremony will take place at the indoor Chapel, which is on the same site as the reception. Cocktail hour will be outside, however, it is a covered space in case there is bad weather. The reception will take place indoors, but guests are always more than welcome to go outside!

You can get to the wedding venue by typing in Deep in the Heart Farms, or the address which is 8351 TX-105, Brenham, TX 77833 into your preferred method of GPS. Transportation will not be provided. However, if any of our guests have to much to drink, Uber or Lyft can be scheduled to take the guest back to where they are staying for the night.

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue. Cars are allowed to be left there overnight in case anyone can not drive home after celebrating that night!

Yes, absolutely! We love each and every one of our guests kids, and would love for them to be apart of the day with us. However, if you just want a nice night away from the kids, you are more than welcome to have a date night. Kids will be included on the amount allowed to RSVP, so if you are not brining your kids make sure you do not put them down.

Yes, there will be an open bar. However, we need to get a close amount of how many people will be drinking. So, please respond accordingly on your RSVP.

We do have a hotel block reserved at Holiday Inn Express Suites in Brenham. We have blocked off ten rooms, so if you are interested make sure you book! We got an exclusive rate of $150 per night. When booking make sure you use the group rate code of "MWW." The cutoff date for booking rooms is 03/04/2024. The address for the hotel is 2685 Schulte Blvd. Brenham, TX 77833, and it is about a 20-minute drive from the venue. If you are interested in booking a room call the hotel at 979-830-5334. If you are not interested in this option, we have also recommended different lodging options below!

We kindly ask you not to take pictures during the ceremony in the chapel. We hired a super talented photographer, so we just want you to enjoy the ceremony. After the ceremony is done, please feel free to take any pictures you would like during the cocktail hour, or reception.

Due to limited seating arrangements, invitations are limited to specified guests only. We appreciate your support and appreciation of our union. We are only able to have guests who are named on the invitations. Thank you for celebrating with us, and we hope you understand.

The RSVP deadline is March 09, 2024. If we have not received your RSVP by then, we will have to mark you as not attending. We will miss you, but we have to have a strict deadline in order to tell all our vendors our numbers.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, you are more than welcome to bring it to the wedding. A registry has been made and can be found on our wedding website bar, right next to "things to do." There are gifts on the registry as well as a place to donate money to our house fund and honeymoon fund.

Both of the locations will be wheelchair accessible if needed. They are in different locations than the normal entrances, so make sure to ask someone that works at the venue or a friendly face!
