Our story begins when we were kids. He was a Sophomore in high school and I was a Senior. We met and became friends. Little did I know he had the biggest crush on me. He would always tell me, “Luna, I will make you my girlfriend and my wife one day.” I always laughed never believing him. We went our separate ways many times, but always found our way back to each other. Our timing was never right. We became the best of friends. Sadly, we lost touch for about two years and in that moment when he came back into my life, something definitely changed. After a year of dating, he asked me to be his girlfriend while drunk, at a Jack in the box drive thru. How romantic! Of course, I said Yes! And the rest is history. We been inseparable since. When I look back to the day we met, I still see the beginning of my favorite love story. He was and will always be my best friend and now soon to be husband. It was always him and he was right, he got the girl.
