Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
Please RSVP online on this website. We have an RSVP tab that you must fill out.
What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by March 1st. This gives us adequate time for proper planning.
What is the address of the wedding venue?
We are getting married at the Reinhardt residence in Venersborg, WA: 24016 NE 219th St, Battle Ground, WA 98604.
What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue? Is there parking available?
Driving is the only way to get out to the property. We highly recommend carpooling if that is an option for you as parking on the property is limited.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding will be held outdoors, so make sure to plan accordingly for the unpredictable PNW weather!
What are lodging options while we visit for the wedding?
We recommend reserving an Airbnb in the area, local hotels, or staying with friends/family in the area.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
The dress code is semi-formal attire.
Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?
Pastel colors matching our wedding style (image below) are best for guests to wear.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
If you have a plus one on your invitation, feel free to bring them! If not, please just bring your wonderful self!
Am I allowed to bring my children?
All guests on the guest list will be able to RSVP. Children on the guest list are welcome to attend, but if your child is not on the guest list, we would appreciate if you would only bring yourself.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Please arrive to the wedding ceremony at 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.
What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?
The wedding reception will end around 8:30pm. There is no after party.
Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
There will be a short gap between the wedding ceremony and reception.
Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I am in town for your wedding?
Some of our favorite places to eat include Barrel Mountain Brewing, the Battle Ground Taco Truck, 3Peaks Public House and Taproom, and Hula Boy Charbroil.
Great attractions in the area include Moultan Falls, Lewisville Park, Battle Ground Lake, and Lucia Falls.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We kindly ask that you do not take photos at our wedding.
