When is the RSVP deadline?
May 15
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to get settled.
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in any of the events. However, we recognize that some of you may be traveling with your kids, so we are happy to assist in providing babysitting service recommendations for the wedding if you cannot find other accommodations. Please reach out if you have questions!
What will the weather be like?
You can expect warm, sunny days with occasional short-lived showers. Daytime temperatures will range from the upper 70s to low 80s, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. In the evenings, temperatures will cool down to the comfortable 50s to upper 70s, so you may want to bring a light layer for nighttime events.
What should I wear?
The dress code for the welcome dinner is casual (cocktail attire optional), while the wedding is formal (black tie optional).
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our welcome party will be held outdoors. Our wedding ceremony will also take place outside, and cocktail hour have options of both indoor and outdoor, while our reception will be indoors.
Are transportations provided?
Shuttle service will be provided ONLY for the wedding—transporting guests between San Miguel de Allende city center and Rancho Luna Escondida, both to and from the venue. The welcome dinner, however, is within walking distance if you're staying in the city center. Ubers are available in SMA. You can find more info in the travel tab :)
Can I bring a plus-one?
Your invitation will specify if you have a plus one. While we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. However, if there is an issue, please reach out to Ben and/or Erika. Thank you for understanding!
Are there going to be accommodations for certain dietary restrictions?
We will be offering both vegetarian and pescatarian options. Kindly make sure you note your dietary restriction when you RSVP.
What is the best way to get around the destination?
San Miguel de Allende is very walkable, with most places within easy walking distance. However, Ubers are available if needed.
