The dress code is black-tie optional. Gentlemen, please wear a tuxedo or a suit and tie. Ladies, please wear floor-length dresses.

Although we love your little ones, please make it a date night! This is an adults-only event.

Street parking in the downtown area is very limited. The EPIC hotel offers valet parking for $24 for the day and $48 overnight with unlimited in and out privileges. However, we encourage guests to take an Uber or Lyft if possible as the valet parking line can become quite backed up.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors.

We have a room block at the EPIC hotel where our wedding will take place. Please see the "Travel" section for the link to book with our special rate. If there are no longer rooms available when you go book, please contact us directly (AhlzadehWedding415@gmail.com) as we can add rooms to the block rather than have our guests pay the regular rate. Please note, the EPIC hotel is discounting our amenity fee from $30 per night to $10 per night. However, this will not be reflected immediately upon booking. It will be manually adjusted prior to your arrival to the hotel.

Please respond no later than March 15, 2023 on the RSVP section of our website. Please make sure to indicate which meals each guest would like as well as any dietary restrictions or allergies.
