The dress code is Semi-Formal:
For women: You want to look your best, but you don't want to upstage the bride, so avoid white or off-white. A cocktail dress is generally your best bet. You may also wear a dressy pantsuit with heels. You may also wear nice, dressy pants and a dressy blouse/top.
For men: A suit is an easy option. Because it is a nighttime event; a darker shade of suit can look nice. Try to steer clear of classic black as it can often appear overly formal and definitely don’t do a tuxedo. You may also wear nice slacks and a dressy, button-up shirt. Ties and suit coats are optional.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We really appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
The ceremony will take place outdoors in the garden. It should be fairly warm this time of year. Typically between 70-80 degrees. There is a slight downhill walk to the ceremony area. Please plan shoes and outerwear accordingly. There will be a golf cart on hand for those who need assistance.
The reception will be held indoors with air conditioning.
Ceremony and Reception are located at the same venue. After the ceremony, you will be escorted to the cocktail hour lounge. Dinner to follow in the Grand Hall.
Bring your dancing shoes! :)
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
