We were set up on a blind date by Cait DeSimone! Cait tried to set us up for months but something would always come up. Finally, on the night of October 25th, Cait took Erika to Big Heads (a bar in Hillsborough) to finally meet her boyfriend's (now Husband)

"friend. Throughout the night, Cait kept telling Erika "I think you are going to like him, he likes the Sopranos and loves his dog." If you know Erika, you know that at that moment she was sold!

Soon after, DeSimone's friend walked through the bar and slowly made his way over to Erika and Cait. Introductions were made and the two were inseparable the entire night.

During the beginning of our relationship there were many moments that made us stop and say 'what a small world' & 'this was meant to be!' A few instances include: Erika's Father went to high school with Danny's Mother, Aunts & Uncle, their Father's worked together, and Erika worked with Danny's Father!

Throughout their relationship, Erika & Danny would take their dogs, Knuckles & Louie, on walks at Natirar Park. On this day, Danny asked Erika if she wanted to take Louie & Knuckles to the park to go on an afternoon walk. Danny packed a beautiful lunch consisting of gabagool, cheeses, and some wine! They found a perfect spot near a large tree, put a blanket down and proceeded to enjoy their lunch. A few moments into their perfect picnic, Erika stood up to try and situate the dogs (they were not behaving, they were probably excited for what was about to happen next!), and Danny was on one knee.

We are very blessed and lucky to have been able to find each other, make all these wonderful memories, and start this beautiful life together. We thank our friends and families for always being there for us and for celebrating this exciting time.
