Erika and Bryceton’s paths first crossed at Moose Lake School, though it wasn’t until high school that they truly began to notice one another. From Bryceton’s perspective, it was love at first sight the moment he saw Erika on the playground—though at the time, she wasn’t paying much attention to him. For years, their worlds remained parallel, with both of them deeply involved in school activities and sports. It wasn’t until the 9th grade, on a double date in Duluth, that things started to shift. Erika, drawn in by Bryceton's humor and quick wit, began to see him in a new light. While they remained friends through high school, their connection deepened over time, though neither was in a rush to label it. It wasn’t until senior year that they finally took the leap and started dating, both knowing it was more than just high school romance—it was something real. Bryceton played junior hockey his senior year of high school, and Erika cheered him on, as one of his biggest fans. She too was involved in her own pursuits, with sports and academics. Their lives were full and busy, but something about the bond they shared made it all feel effortless. As Bryceton went on to play college football, Erika remained his steadfast supporter, cheering him on. In return, when Erika pursued her passion and enrolled in Physician Assistant school, Bryceton became her biggest cheerleader, offering the same unwavering support. They faced life’s challenges and triumphs together, growing stronger with each passing year. Nico, their mini golden doodle, entered their lives in 2021 and quickly became the center of attention. Through everything, they’ve remained each other’s constant. Now, they’re standing at the threshold of a new chapter, one where they get to navigate life side-by-side as partners in marriage. As they look forward to this next stage of their journey, Erika and Bryceton are excited for all the adventures that await them. Their love story is just beginning.
