40 Days To Go!

What Time Should I Arrive?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 p.m., and guests may start arriving as early as 2:00 p.m. Please plan to arrive on time — if you arrive after 2:30, you will be asked to wait until the ceremony concludes to join us. We kindly ask for no late interruptions so that everyone can enjoy this special moment together. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us create a smooth, meaningful start to our day.

Are Children Invited?

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no children on this night. As our venue is fully surrounded by water, this decision is also made with safety in mind. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night! Please note that only those listed on the RSVP will be accommodated—we kindly ask that no additional children attend.

When Should I RSVP By?

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you can, and no later than June 1st, so we can plan and prepare all the details for our special day. Your response helps us ensure everything is perfectly set for you! If you happen to miss the deadline, please don’t worry — just reach out to us directly. We know life gets busy, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you so you can still join in the celebration!

Can I Bring A +1

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card.

What Should I Do If I Can Not Make It?

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

Is the Venue located by Long Lake?

Yes, this venue holds a special place in Erika and Cole’s hearts, as it’s nestled in the area where they both grew up. Please note, the property is surrounded by water—so be mindful of your step and avoid getting too close to the edges for everyone’s safety!
