YES!!! This is a kid friendly wedding! Please feel free to bring your children! Erika has also planned activities to keep the children entertained

Since Florida is a huge tourist and vacation spot we recommend you book as soon as possible or when you can afford to. We have a few choices of hotels in our travel guide page that way you can choose a hotel that best fits your budget!

We will need everyone to have RSVP’d by May 27th 2025 to be included in the wedding

When you RSVP there will be a section that will ask you about any allergies you may have.

It is during July and in Florida so if it doesn’t rain it will most likely be hot out, but thankfully with our venue the ceremony will be shaded by beautiful oak trees and the reception will be in a air conditioned barn.

The dress code is country formal. Find your best pair of jeans and a nice suit jacket! Which ever you feel comfortable in! For men, boots or nice formal shoes are allowed! For women wear a nice summer dress and you can wear boots, heels, or sandals. There will be lots of dancing so again whatever you feel the prettiest and most comfortable in!

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

The ceremony starts at 4:00 PM so we recommend you start arriving at 3:15/3:30 PM to find seating.

The property has two gates. You will enter through the black metal gate next to the white mailbox. There is a parking lot with lighting next to the barn.

Yes, there is many parking spots located outside the barn! There is also lighting in the parking lot so during nighttime you will be able to see where you parked!

We will have a designated time period at the beginning of the ceremony for you to take pictures! But other than that it will be an unplugged ceremony.

•Ceremony: Outdoors, but if it does rain we may do indoors. •Cocktail hour: Outdoors •Reception: Indoors in a beautiful barn!

Due to this wedding being child friendly and other factors, we have decided to have an alcohol free wedding. BUT! There will be a variety of drinks available!

Everyone will need to be out of the venue by 9:00pm so the venue staff can clean up after the event!
