130 Days To Go!
What is a wedding weekend?
We believe that a few hours together just isn’t enough, so we’ve planned a full weekend experience! You’re welcome to join us for any events that fit your schedule.
What are the events?
Western Welcome Party.
Lake Day at Camp.
Ceremony and Reception.
How do I RSVP?
You will be receiving a formal invitation in the mail. We kindly ask that you RSVP using the response card provided and return it by mail. Please indicate which events you plan on attending, as there will be separate sections for each event.
Where do I stay?
Immediate family will be staying on the campgrounds in cabins.
For guests looking to embrace the camp weekend experience, we welcome you to stay in the open-air cabins on-site, which are equipped with cots and linens and are free of charge. Please reach out to Erika if you have any questions regarding the open air cabins or if you would like to reserve one!
If you’d prefer more traditional accommodations (walls included!), we recommend booking a local Airbnb in Ticonderoga. Shuttles will be provided to and from the camp. Additionally, the Best Western Ticonderoga Inn has a hotel block under WAYNE-LARKIN for your convenience.
Can I bring my children to the wedding?
While we love your little ones, the ceremony and reception will be an adults-only celebration. Some older kids have been invited, as noted on their invitations. However, children of all ages are welcome to join us for the festivities surrounding the wedding, such as the welcome dinner and fun lake activities before the ceremony. We’ll also provide child care information to assist during the ceremony and reception.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, while the reception will be indoors with an open-air concept.
What do i wear to the welcome party?
The welcome party is Western-themed, so feel free to show off your "Western finest" or go for "cowboy casual." Of course, there’s no pressure to dress Western—just come as you are and get ready to kick off the weekend!
What do I wear to the ceremony and reception?
The event is black-tie optional, so feel free to go as dressy as a full-length gown and tuxedo or opt for a cocktail dress and suit. Whatever makes you comfortable for a night of celebration!
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! For off-site guests, you can utilize the shuttle for the ceremony and reception for your convenience. Once you arrive, the camp staff will be on hand to assist with transportation from the parking lot via golf carts. There is plenty of parking available, regardless of which option you choose.
