Will the ceremony and reception be at the same place?
Yes! Our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be at the same location.
Is there parking availble?
Yes! Our venue has a private parking lot, however we strongly discourage driving if you are planning on having any drinks.
Am I allowed to bring my child?
It will be indicated on your RSVP. We have photographers and videographers working hard to capture our special day, and we want to do our best to ensure there are minimal distractions and interruptions. We are asking for every ones respect and understanding.
Can I bring a date?
In order for us to say on budget, we have a strict guest list. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. However, if you do want to request a +1 (if not indicated on your invitation), please reach out to use so we can evaluate our guest count!
Will I need cash for the bar?
We will be providing a welcome drink after the ceremony as you transition to cocktail hour. We will also be covering additional drinks via tickets (5-6 per guest). Outside of the tickets, if you want, additional drinks can be purchased through the venue.
When do we need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by July 14, 2024 in order for us to be able to provide our vendors with accurate guest count.
Is there a dress code?
We are asking guests to dress in semi-formal attire. Please keep in mind the ceremony and reception are at a winery, which means grass!
What should I do if I cannot go?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
What will the weather be like?
With both ceremony and reception being outdoors we know weather can be unpredictable. However, weather in the Okanagan is generally still very warm this time of year! It may cool off a bit at night, so please do bring a sweater just in case.
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Please see the travel tab on our website. We have a discount code for a hotel that is close to our reception venue that you will be able to find on this page. We suggest staying in downtown Kelowna in order to be closer to the reception venue!
Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Yes! There will be a full meal at the reception and dessert. Please indicate your dietary preferences when you are RSVPing and we will be sure to accommodate.
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Of course! We are asking the the ceremony be "unplugged", i.e. no phones out and everyone present. However, if you do have photos of our big day we would be happy for you to post and send.
