What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Doors will open at 4:15pm, the Ceremony will begin at 5:00pm
How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
A book of rooms has been blocked at the Holiday Inn Express Shakopee, a shuttle will be available from the Holiday Inn to and from the Venue.
If you are a local guest, Joel and I encourage you to plan a sober ride or to take an uber!
What will your wedding-day timeline look like?
Our Ceremony will begin at 5:00pm followed by a brief time for gathering and visiting before Dinner is served at approximately 6:30pm. We Invite you to stay for drinks and dancing until midnight .
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Can I bring my kids?
To give all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and have a good time without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.
What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
An Open bar will be available during cocktail hour.
Hosted Beer, Wine, and Hard Seltzers will be available through the evening. Cash Bar will be available after cocktail hour.
A plated dinner will be served shortly after the ceremony, with a late-night snack of Pizza offered later in the evening.
I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?
If you are returning the paper RSVP card, please write any dietary needs on the back of the card.
If you are RSVPing via this website, please add dietary needs as a comment to your RSVP.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
While we invite you to take pictures throughout the day to capture memories (and hopefully share them with us), we invite you to be "unplugged" during our ceremony and take in this special moment with us!

What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?
Joel and Erin encourage all guests to be fully vaccinated (with a booster if possible!)!
