Can we bring children?

Unfortunately due to the size of the venue and number of guests allowed, we kindly ask that only those addressed on the invitations attend.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We are excited to share this day with those closest to us. We ask that only those offered a plus-one on their invitation bring one.

Is there a dress code?

We will have a semi-formal dress code. Please be mindful, the ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and you will need to walk on grass.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We have hired a professional photographer for the duration of the wedding day and kindly ask that cell phones and digital cameras be silenced and out of sight for the ceremony to allow the best possible photos to be captured.

Will there be an open bar?

Dinner is on us, however, there will be a cash bar available during cocktail hour and the reception. It will be close during the ceremony and dinner.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

There are designated accessible parking spaces as well as a ramp inside the venue to allow for wheelchair/walker accessibility. We can inquire about accessibility to the ceremony location upon further request.

Where should I park?

There is a parking lot at the venue with free parking.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

The culinary experts can easily accommodate common allergens as well as gluten-free and dairy-free options. If you require further accommodations please contact us.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Yes! To make the day flow smoothly the entire wedding will take place at the Saraguay House. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors, overlooking the water, then shifts indoors start cocktail hour and continue on the night.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes in advance to ensure you are seated when the ceremony starts. If you are late we kindly ask that you refrain from interrupting the ceremony.
