The ceremony will start at 3:30pm. 3:00pm is a great time to aim to arrive and get settled into seats.

The short ceremony will be outdoors, directly behind the museum on the water. The chairs will be on grass, with a short walk on pavement to get to your chairs. The museum viewing hour, cocktail hour, and reception will be indoors with air conditioning.

Dress code is formal - it's a wedding! After the outdoor ceremony on pavement/grass, we will be inside on even ground and in the air conditioning. Consider a comfortable pair (or an extra pair) of shoes for dancing!

In lieu of a registry, monetary contributions toward our future together would be greatly appreciated.

There is free parking at the Canoe Museum. There is also free parking across the street at Eastgate Memorial Park and directly south of the museum at Beavermead Park. The venue and parking are fully accessible. If there's anything we can do to help accommodate your accessibility needs, please let us know.

In the RSVP there is a field to let us know about any dietary restrictions. We'll communicate that with the caterers.

You're free to leave your car overnight at the museum or nearby parks. Two rideshare apps (Y Drive, U Ride - Peterborough doesn't have Uber), and taxis are all available in Peterborough.

The ceremony will be "unplugged" (no cellphone photos or videos) so we can all enjoy the moment and the photographers can get the best photos possible without screens in the shots. After the ceremony, feel free to snap as many pictures as you'd like!
