Canandaigua Lake is approx 40 min south of Rochester and is a beautiful place to spend a summer afternoon! You can wander the town, rent boats/ kayaks, or swim at the beach.
The Lake House offers water front dining and cocktail bar. KIX on Main or Nolan’s are two great restaurant options. If you are looking for a local, laid back experience, try Twisted Rail Brewery or Green Front Restaurant.
4th of July Celebration at Lincoln Hill Farms
FIREWORKS | LIVE MUSIC | LOCAL VENDORS | GOOD VIBES | GREAT FUN
Other Half is our favorite brewery in the area! This brewery is on 8 acres in Bloomfield with picnic tables, yard games and fire pits. You are welcome to bring your own food (we recommend stopping at Wegman's for subs!) or they have a food truck. It is about a half hour from Rochester but if you are heading to Canandaigua Lake, it’s a great pit stop! They always have numerous drafts on tap as well as cans to go.
