Are you offering hotel room blocks?

Yes, a room block has been secured at the Holiday Inn Express South End, please visit the "Travel" section of our website for details.

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring my children?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time, so you can celebrate with us.

Is there a dress code?

There is no specific dress code. Please come dressed in wedding appropriate attire but most importantly be ready to dance.

What should we do Saturday before 5 PM?

The Bride & Groom, the bridal party and their immediate families will be getting ready at the venue. We encourage you to check out some of our recommendations of favorite South End spots in the "Things to Do" section or relax for the long night of dancing ahead!

Will transportation be provided to the wedding?

Yes, a charter bus will be available to take you to and from the hotel/South End. The bus will be leaving around 3:45 PM and returning around 11:30 PM. Please indicate if you plan to take the bus when you RSVP so we can secure you a seat. If you plan to drive yourself, the venue is roughly 45 minutes away from center Charlotte. Free parking is available on site.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be in an outdoor tent.

Do I have to stay at the hotel Friday and Saturday night?

No, you can stay at the hotel Saturday only if you would like to arrive Saturday and the rate will be the same. We will be hosting a brunch Sunday we hope you can make it for.

Is there an event on Sunday?

Yes! There will be a brunch at Trolley Barn, walking distance to the hotel, at 10 AM. We would love for you to join us on your way out of town to rehash the night and say good bye!
