We kindly ask that you leave your children at home unless they are in the wedding party!

Two shuttles have been booked to transport guests to and from the venue. Due to the size of the wedding, multiple trips will have to be made to and from to get all the guests there. The first trip will leave at 2:45PM, and the second trip will be at approximately 3:15PM. Please be out front either hotel listed below if you want to use the shuttle service. You are also welcome to drive if you’d like! The shuttles will transport guests back to the hotels; the last shuttle trip will be at 10:30PM.

A block of rooms have been reserved at LaQuinta Inn & Suites (130 Interstate Drive NW) and Holiday Inn (110 Interstate Drive NW) in Cleveland, TN that are 17 minutes from the wedding venue. If you are traveling with others, we ask that you try and make accommodations to stay in the two queen rooms together so we can try to get more people rooms. Once the blocked rooms run out, they will be unavailable, but you can still book at the hotels. There are also other hotels available in the area if you would prefer those.

Chattanooga International Airport - Approximately 25 minutes to the hotels. Atlanta International Airport - Approximately 2 hours to the hotels (Cheaper to fly into). Knoxville Airport - 1 hour and 15 minutes to the hotels. Nashville International Airport - 2 hours and 30 minutes to the hotels.
