1. When do we need to RSVP by?
Kindly RSVP by June 28, 2024.
2. What do I do if I can’t make it?
If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after 6/28/2024 will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcount to vendors shortly after this deadline- you will be missed!
3. Are the wedding ceremony and the reception at the same venue?
Yes! Our beautiful venue will accommodate both our ceremony and reception.
4. Will the ceremony or reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting of course), followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour and reception indoors. Access to the outdoors will be available throughout the night.
5. What time should we arrive at the wedding?
Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of the ceremony at 4:30 PM (4:10 PM). Those who arrive late to the ceremony will have to wait until the end of the ceremony to enter the venue.
6. Is there available parking?
Yes, there is available parking. If you plan on drinking during the reception please opt for Uber or other ride share options!
7. Is there anywhere local we can stay?
Yes! Please refer to the travel page. We have booked a hotel block at Newport Beach Hotel & Suites that we hope our guests will utilize! If not, there are many hotels, Air BnB's and VRBO's in the area!
8. Are kids welcome?
Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope that you will see this opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
9. Is there a dress code and what should I wear?
Yes! The dress code is Formal with Black Tie Optional. This means that guest have the option of wearing their most formal attire ( an evening gown or tuxedo), but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead. No jeans please! We also ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, and creams. Also prepare for weather of about 85 during the day and 75 after sunset.
10. Will there be food and drinks served?
Yes! There will be a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvre and small plates. Dinner will consist of an appetizer, main, and dessert. A late night snack will also be served. There will be an open bar serving beer, wine, and liquor.
11. What should we do if we have dietary requirements?
Please let us know! We are able to accommodate most (if not all) dietary requirements.
12. Can I bring a plus one?
We ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
13. Can we take photos at the ceremony?
We respectfully request that guests do not take photographs during the ceremony as we have spent a lot of time and effort into picking out a wonderful photographer and videographer!
14. WHAT COLOR ARE THE BRIDESMAIDS WEARING?
The bridesmaids will be wearing 'Rose Quartz' from Revelry.
