What time should I arrive to the wedding?
The doors will open for guests to arrive at 4:00pm and the ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.
Can guests bring kids?
While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event.
We’re going “unplugged!”
We have decided to have an unplugged ceremony. We’ve asked a professional photographer to capture this special moment so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us! We ask that you please turn off all cameras and phones until after the ceremony.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We have paid for an open bar, however, the venue has a consumption limit. If this limit is exceeded, it will turn into a cash bar, so plan accordingly! Also, the bar does not have a last call, and will be open until the reception ends at 11:00pm.
If I have any questions who should I reach out to?
You can text Erin with any questions at 585-645-9614 or email her at egorman93@yahoo.com.
Where will the ceremony take place?
Both the ceremony and reception will be at Belhurst Castle. Weather permitted, the ceremony will take place outdoors, while the reception will take place inside in the Meritage ballroom.
What should I wear?
The dress code is cocktail/formal.
What is the best way to RSVP?
Please RSVP right here on our wedding website by April 28th.
What is the best place to stay nearby?
I would recommend the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. It is only 1.7 miles from Belhurst Castle, it’s reasonably priced, and when I called them with questions regarding our wedding they actually called me back. You can find more information under the “Places to Stay” tab.
Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Your presence will be gift enough, but if you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gifts and cards table for your convenience in the reception area.
What time will the reception end?
The last song will be at 11:00pm.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
