Our dress code is semi-formal. We strongly recommend not wearing pointy heels! Our ceremony will take place on grass, and our venue has a hardwood dance floor we would like to avoid denting or scratching as much as possible. September is typically still warm in PA, but the venue has heat and A/C to keep us all comfy no matter the weather.

Guests should arrive between 4:00 and 4:15. Please do not arrive earlier than 4:00. The bride, groom, and wedding party will be taking photos before the ceremony. Arriving by 4:15 should ensure you will have plenty of time to park and find your seat before the ceremony begins.

We cannot provide a shuttle service to/ from the venue and the hotel. Although the venue location is a bit remote, the hotels are less than 10 minutes from the venue. We’d like to make everyone aware ahead of time that Uber/Lyft are typically not readily available in the area, and encourage guests to have a designated driver planned if necessary.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate plus ones due to venue capacity. If you have been given a plus one your invitation will either include the name of your guest, or be written “(Your name) & guest” we appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you all.

Yes! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you. However, do drink responsibly and drive safely!

Yes, luckily our venue has plenty of parking on site. There’s a very short walk across the driveway to our ceremony spot and reception area.

Yes! There are spots reserved for handicap parking. There are ADA standard men’s and women’s bathrooms on both floors of the venue, and an elevator if needed.
