We both attended Etowah High School, where we graduated in different years -- Alex (2016), Erin (2015). We both knew each other, but remained in different friend groups. However, it's no shock that our relationship began around sports. In the summer of 2018, in pure suburban Atlanta fashion, we both attended a Braves game. Both attended the game with their own friend groups, but having been from the same town, we found each other mingling among common friends. One thing led to another &amp; Alex asked Erin on a date. From that summer, we casually dated, knowing we'd split our ways back to separate colleges. Alex, having attended LSU at the time, invited Erin to the LSU-UGA game in Baton Rouge. In hindsight, we feel so lucky that we had this opportunity to share this memory with each other. At the time, it was so rare for the two teams to play. Our timeline blended so seamlessly.&nbsp; After two years of seeing each other over summers and winter breaks, in April 2020, Alex returned home from LSU for the final time. We went on one date in May of 2020 &amp; have not left each other's side since. We began dating in June of 2020, moved in together in 2022, &amp; got engaged in 2025. It's been the most fun chapter in our lives. Both of us pour so much passion into our jobs, which we both love. We have enjoyed ALL the sporting events, going on beach trips, spending time with our #1 good boy, Mr. Boss. Gaining new friends from each other, celebrating all the engagements, weddings, &amp; babies! Enjoying evening walks, morning coffees, concerts, &amp; new movies. We have found so much joy in our day to day, growing in our twenties. We cannot wait to see what this next chapter brings for us.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Summer formal attire.Men: Please wear a suit; ties are optional.Women: Please wear a midi or maxi dress, formal jumpsuit, or elevated separates. Comfortable block heels, flats, or wedges are recommended by the venue.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors in a beautiful garden setting (not on the beach).

Will there be parking at the wedding venue?

There is no parking available at the venue. Please plan to Uber directly to the venue or take the guest shuttle. Shuttle service to the venue will begin at 4:15 p.m. and will run throughout the evening for return trips to the parking area. Are children invited to the wedding?

We love your little ones, but this is an adult-only event unless your children are specifically named on the invitation.

What are the welcome party details?

We’d love for you to join us at Grayton Dunes Beach Access on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. for drinks, a bonfire, and s’mores on the beach as we kick off the weekend. Please plan to Uber directly to beach access or take the guest shuttle. If riding the shuttle, guests will be dropped off near The Red Bar and will take a short walk south on Garfield Street to the beach access point. What is the dress code for the welcome party?

Beach cocktail (resort chic), shades of blue encouraged. Men: Linen or lightweight dress pants with a collared shirt; jackets are optional. Please no shorts or golf polos.Women: Breezy midi or maxi dresses, sundresses, or elevated separates in lightweight summer fabrics and prints—stylish resort wear is welcome.

What are the beach day details?

The wedding party and family will be in town from Wednesday through Sunday — come early, make a vacation out of it, and join us for a fun, extended weekend. Where should I stay?

30A is a scenic highway that runs from Rosemary Beach to Dune Allen Beach. Our venue is located in the heart of Grayton Beach. If you’d like to stay nearby, we recommend using the venue’s address when booking. Keep in mind that summer beach traffic can be busy, especially if you choose to book accommodations off 30A (such as Miramar or Destin areas).
