Happily Ever After Party

The day Erin turned 21, she received the best birthday present of her life. She was starting a new internship at a company called Prairie Restorations Inc. and was meeting her new co-workers when she locked eyes with a scrawny dude in a blue Menards hoodie; TJ. Little did she know that this was her future husband. However, they didn't kick it off right away. Over the course of the summer, TJ worked side by side with Erin, teaching her how to use ratchet straps and introducing her to her favorite past-time; weed whacking. Then one day on a lunch break in the work truck, TJ asked Erin one of the most important questions of her life; "How many raccoons do you think you could fight off at once?" It was this question that solidified what Erin had already suspected of TJ in that he was a true intellectual and it was her answer that let TJ know that she was cool...3 raccoons. TJ knew that he had to keep seeing this girl, however, her internship was soon ending and he was going to be leaving for grad school in Wisconsin. He decided to try old reliable: "Do you want to meet my weird dog, Buck?" Easily intrigued by any dogs, Erin said yes and they went for a nice hike followed by dinner and ice cream. The two of them continued to see each other for the rest of the summer. Then, they both tested a long distance relationship where TJ was two hours away in Stevens Point, Wisconsin for the first year. They decided that was super fun, so they took it to the next level and sent Erin 1200 miles away to grad school in Logan, Utah for the next two years followed by a year and a half of work afterwards on a wildlife refuge. A (too short) stint of living together for 6 months in Utah and then going back to only seeing each other once every 2 to 4 months solidified their relationship. However bouncing between Utah and Minnesota was an amazing opportunity for them to both do what they loved; being outside and exploring beautiful parts of the country together. Then, on a trip to California in June of 2024, Erin and TJ were on a scenic hike in Kings Canyon National Park when TJ got down on one knee and asked Erin to be his Queen. She continued to work in Utah until January of 2025 until she found a job in Minnesota and moved back to start their life together.

We will be having a small shuttle to bring people from the hotels to the reception events and back to the hotels towards the end of the night. Bus pick up times will be 5:10 at the Fairfield and 5:20 at the Holiday Inn Express, with a drop-off at Signatures at 5:30. We will have another round with pickups at the hotels at 5:40 and 5:50 respectively, with a drop off at Signatures at 6pm. Dinner will be starting at 6:30. The bus will also be shuttling back to the hotels at 9:30, 10:30, and at the end of the night at 11:30.
