Depending on your hotel, there will be a free shuttle available to take you to and from The Oaks all evening (please see the travel section for more details). There is also a parking lot on-site for those who will be driving in.

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm sharp. We recommend arriving at lease 30 minutes ahead of time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.

Our afternoon ceremony will be indoors, while cocktail hour and the reception will have both indoor and outdoor options. We will have heater stands and fire pits but we recommend that guests plan for the chilly Colorado weather!

Please notify us of any food allergies on your menu selection sheet. Our venue is very accommodating and we will work to make sure you have something you are comfortable eating.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the majority of the reception. Beginning at 9:30pm, the bar will convert to a cash bar so we we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend through the send-off.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 16 on our wedding day. We will have babysitting options available.

We'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. Your invitation will be marked with how many seats we have reserved in your honor and we ask that you do not bring additional guests.
