The dress code for our wedding is black-tie preferred. We highly encourage men to wear a tuxedo. If a tuxedo is not feasible, men are asked to wear a dark (i.e., black) suit, tie, and shoes. Women are asked to wear a tea-length or floor-length gown. Please avoid wearing whites, ivories, and creams, which are colors traditionally reserved for the bride.

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Although we love your little ones, we politely request no children to attend our celebrations.

Behind the Cathedral, you will find a labeled parking lot and a parking garage for "Cathedral Parking." At Belle Meade Historic Site, you will find the entrance to the parking lot for the reception off of Leake Avenue.

Yes, please refer to the "Travel" page for a list of hotels where we have reserved blocks. Note - the room blocks are first come, first serve.

There will be an hour and a half gap between the ceremony and the cocktail hour, which starts at 5:30. This gap provides you ample time to travel to the Belle Meade Historic Site, which is ~25 minutes from the Cathedral with no traffic. Feel free to stop by your hotel to freshen up, visit Bonnie's Bourbon & Wine Bar at Belle Meade Historic Site, or grab a cocktail from Sperry's in Belle Meade. You can also explore the grounds of the Belle Meade Historic Site property beforehand.
