Frequently Asked Questions

Covid-19

Having everyone celebrate safely is very important to us! We understand that the situation is in constant flux, but based on the current CDC guidelines, we feel that by next spring, it will be safe to gather and celebrate. Out of an abundance of care and concern for all of our guest's safety, we are requiring that all guests either be fully vaccinated, including booster OR email proof of a negative PCR or antigen test to ERINLONG288@gmail.com no earlier than 72 hours prior to our wedding. We will keep you informed if anything should change, so please continue to check our website for updates.

Are my kids welcome?

Although we love your kids, due to the capacity constraints of our venue we have had to limit our guest list and we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding. We respectfully request that only those included in your invitation attend our wedding.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal/dressy casual. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors with grass and patio areas. The reception will be indoors.

Will there be a shuttle?

If you are staying at the Homewood Suites in Doylestown, Yes! We will have a shuttle departing from the hotel and a return shuttle from Durham Hill Farm back to the Homewood Suites at the end of the night. If you are staying at a different hotel or prefer to drive yourself the venue has plenty of space available for parking.

Can I take pictures?

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means that we are asking that phones and devices be put away and silenced during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for them to capture. We also want to look out at our family and friends and see your faces, not your phones! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! We also promise to share ceremony photos as soon as we get them!
