If you’d like to be closer to the venue and proximity to our events is most important for you, we recommend finding a hotel in Carmel Valley because that is where Holman Ranch is located. Otherwise, and especially if it’s your first time to the area, we’d recommend staying in town in Carmel-by-the-Sea as it’s super walkable and close to many things to do- including the ocean and beach!

Holman Ranch is ~20 minute drive from downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea.

We recommend booking your housing ASAP as July is a popular month in Carmel Valley & Carmel-By-The-Sea.

Shuttles will be provided on Saturday to/from Carmel-by-the-Sea and Carmel Valley. Check out the Transportation tab for more details!

We love you and your little ones, but unfortunately due to capacity we're unable to host everyone's children at the venue.

Yes and yes. We'd prefer for people to take the group shuttle transportation that we've arranged so that you don't need to worry about driving, but there will be parking on-site for anyone who prefers to drive themselves.
