There are many other hotels in downtown Portland, and there are some great options right outside of Portland as well

There will be a shuttle provided leaving from the Westin in Portland to the church and then to the reception at Apres following the ceremony.

It is typically very easy to get Ubers as well if you choose to stay outside of Portland!
