Cocktail attire, Earth tones for women, and navy/grey suits for men are highly encouraged. Please note that the ceremony will take place on grass, while the cocktail hour and the reception will be on the patio, so choose your footwear accordingly!

As the ceremony starts at 4:30 pm, please be in your seat by 4:15 pm. I suggest arriving at Applewood Manor around 4:00 pm to be safe.

Since we are already an established household, we do not need much in terms of material items! Your presence is already such a gift.

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony, please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in the moment during the start of our ceremony until the very end. We have hired a professional photographer, and promise to share their work from the wedding. After the ceremony please take as many pictures as you would like!

Asheville is a very walkable city, our venue is a quick 15-minute walk to downtown. With a lot of our guests opting for Airbnbs and other B&B choices, we will not be offering a shuttle service. We recommend scheduling an Uber/Lyft ahead of time to get you where you need to go.

No, Guests who wish to drive must park on Cumberland Avenue, with the exception of Grandma Judy, she may park wherever she wishes, including on site.

Asheville in the month of September can range in temperature from 50 degrees up to 75 degrees on average. Please keep in mind we are having an outdoor ceremony and an outdoor reception on the patio. If needed, we will be inside due to rain.
