Our Wedding

We have secured a preferred guestroom rate at Brookstreet Hotel (about 25 minutes from the venue) for our wedding on Friday, September 4, 2026. The preferred rate is available for the night of September 4, 2026, and guests who wish to stay on the nights prior to the wedding may also book at this same rate. A block of rooms has been reserved for our guests and will be held until July 21, 2026. After this date, any remaining rooms will be released to the public. If the room block fills up before the cutoff date or if you are booking after July 21, the preferred rate may still be available based on hotel availability. Cass and Erin have been close to inseparable since bonding over makeup at 'Out of Province Orientation Day' at the University of Waterloo.
They have had almost 10 years of roommate shenanigans. co-pawrenting their cat Hunter, and spending too much money on makeup.

Cassidy Misner

Tyler and Stephen met as roommates in St. Jerome's and then lived together all through University. They bonded over their shared support of (most) Toronto sports teams and general athletic events. They now work together at JLR trying their best to change the stereotypes about engineers.

Tyler Kocher

Erin and Tori first met when Erin rescued Tori from her little sister on the playground in Grade 3!
Turns our Erin was the new kid moving in one "country" street over! Going strong on almost 20 years of friendship!

Victoria Kuefler

Sean is Stephen’s younger brother. 28 years without killing each other or driving Sheila and Henry to divorce has to be considered some form of success! While Sean was always the one trying to get us a dog as kids, he decided that cats are his thing now as long as he gets lots of visits to see Ebby.

Sean Gade

While they did attend the same high school in Okotoks, AB and both attended the University in Waterloo, Erin and Linea only got to know each other and become close friends when they both ended up in Ottawa during the COVID years. It has been trivia nights, crafting events, and good times ever since!

Linea Miller

Dan and Stephen played together on the UW Baseball team and technically Dan was Stephen’s coach for a couple years when he was doing his masters. Now Dan lives less than 5 minutes from Stephen which allows for lots of puppy play dates with Ziggy and Ebby. 

Dan Inglis

Erin and Elie first met at the University of Ottawa (probably via Zoom!) where they both completed a Master of Science in Environmental Sustainability. Their friendship was solidified over a love of hiking, skiing, and dogs.

Elie Daigle

Bruce County born and raised, Michael played on the UW baseball team with Stephen and they also lived together for a term at UW. They bonded over their love of ‘God's Country’, a crisp pint, and mid-study detours that never ended up as planned. Stephen will soon be looking to Michael for hair styling tips.

Micheal Kritz

Phil is our master of ceremonies today and a key part of both the bride’s and groom’s parties. Phil and Stephen go way back to their baseball days, where he was the catcher to Stephen’s pitcher, and he and Erin bonded as presidents of their fraternity and sorority, surviving the chaos together. Most importantly, Phil played matchmaker, orchestrating the fateful business card exchange that started it all.
