Due to the construction, you cannot reach Flag Ave South from the Cedar Lake Road exit off of 169. Additionally, Cedar Lake Road intersecting streets of Stanlen Ave, W 25th St and Boone Ave are closed at Cedar Lake Road through July.

The best alternate route to take would be the W 16th street Exit off 169 (Northbound), take a right turn onto Hillsboro Ave S, and your first left turn from there onto W 18th St (which turns into Flag Ave S).
