What should I pack?
Pack for what you plan to do over the weekend! At a baseline, we recommend:
- Your Ceremony/Reception Attire
- Field Day clothes
- Swimsuit & Towel
- Toiletries
- Extra Blanket
Will sporting equipment be provided?
The Camp offers a variety of equipment, including Dek Hockey sticks, basketballs, kickballs, kayaks and paddleboards, among others. If you have personal equipment you'd like to bring, you are welcome to!
A summer camp sounds a bit rustic for me.
Fortunately, Tyler Hill Summer Camp used to be a Country Club. Each cabin has the usual comforts: air conditioning, bathrooms, showers, and power outlets. We are at a summer camp, but we don’t expect our family and friends to join us for our next camping adventure!
Which cabin will I be staying in?
Cabin accommodations will be prioritized to keep families together and to keep close relatives in neighboring cabins. Private cabins are reserved for senior family members and parents with infants.
What's all included for the weekend?
When you arrive at the venue, our hope is you won't have to get back in your car until Sunday. All meals are provided on-site, access to all amenities, and your lodging is included. Camp D.E.D.O. is an all-inclusive weekend for our family and friends.
What if I'm only coming for the ceremony and reception?
If you can only come for the ceremony & reception, please be sure to note this in our dinner survey, which can be found in the Book Your Stay tab.
Please arrive between 4:00 - 4:30 PM on Saturday, 9.26.26. You do not need to reserve a stay.
Who do I contact about venue/lodging questions?
The venue Director, Will Bush, is happy to answer any specific questions you might have about the venue, lodging, or meals offered.
