We have reserved a block of rooms at the lovely Skirvin Hilton at a discounted rate of $159 for a king or two doubles. The block is for December 8, but you can book at the same rate for the three days before and after, subject to availability. We recommend you book early! The Skirvin is a beautiful historic hotel located in downtown Oklahoma City, in walking distance of Bricktown and other attractions. Check out the Red Piano Bar in the lobby, which has live music nightly. Valet parking is available on site, and there is also a City-owned self-park garage south of the hotel.


If our room block fills, other nice options nearby are the National, the Sheraton, and the Colcord, all of which are an easy walk to the Skirvin. There are also many options in Bricktown.


We have arranged for shuttle transportation from the Skirvin to the venue. Pick up will be at 5:15 p.m. from the Skirvin. Return shuttles will depart the venue at 9:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. To reserve a spot on the shuttle, please RSVP so we can make sure we have enough seats.

There is a streetcar stop one block west of the Skirvin. It’s $1 to ride, or you can buy a day pass for $3. The streetcar makes a loop around downtown and stops at various points, including Bricktown, the bombing memorial, automobile alley, and midtown.
