It all began at Freshman orientation at Seton Hall, when Erin and Brennan first crossed paths. There was an immediate spark, but their story took a little time to unfold. By the fall of sophomore year, Brennan couldn’t seem to get Erin off his mind—and luckily, he decided to do something about it, or so the story goes...

Their first official date was at Cold Stone, beginning two love affairs that are still going strong: one with each other, and one with ice cream.

From the start, Erin and Brennan have brought out the best in one another. They are the perfect balance—Erin’s energy and warmth complemented by Brennan’s steady, easygoing nature. They know when to make each other laugh, when to offer support, and when to simply enjoy the moment together.

What started as a college crush has grown into a relationship built on friendship, laughter, loyalty, and a whole lot of love.
