Like any other 21st century relationship, we met online through Facebook Dating. Our first date was March 28, 2023 at Potters in downtown Naperville and it was an instant connection! Our conversations never dulled and on April 11, 2023, we officially became a couple.

As our relationship grew, our love for one another grew as we developed our bonds over cooking, video games, movies, baseball, and church.

In February of 2024, we went ring shopping together and we were able to pick out a beautiful blue sapphire ring. There are a lot of different symbolism surrounding blue sapphires, but they are said to bring luck, loyalty, happiness and love.

On March 1, 2024, Andrew took Erin out to the Bavarian Lodge for dinner, then to the pond in downtown Lisle to propose. We had originally thought of becoming engaged on our 1 year anniversary, but Andrew said the ring was burning a hole in his pocket!

What Erin loves most about Andrew: I love his big heart, and the passion and care he shows to everyone. I love how well he knows me, he knows exactly when I am overwhelmed and how to help me. I love that we will always be goofballs together. I love him to Andromeda and back.

What Andrew loves most about Erin: I Love how fast she felt at home with me. How safe she feels when she is with me. I absolutely love that she knows how to deal with my emotions, my Anxiety and me just being a Goomba. I love her so much!
